WinWinn Terms & Conditions — What You Need to Know Before Using the Platform

By accessing WinWinn's website, mobile app, or any other channel, or by using our services, you automatically agree to these terms and conditions. This agreement creates a legally binding obligation between you and the company operating WinWinn.

WinWinn reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When changes are made, a notification will be sent to your registered email and the "Last Updated" date on the website will be revised. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are available in both English and Bangla. In the event of any conflict, the English version shall prevail.

When registering with WinWinn, you must provide accurate and truthful information — including your name, address, date of birth, and phone number. Providing incorrect details may cause verification issues later and could result in your withdrawal being held.

One person, one account — This is one of WinWinn's most important rules. If the same person holds multiple accounts, all accounts may be closed and balances forfeited. Separate family members may each hold their own account under their own identity.

Keep your account password and login credentials strictly confidential. Sharing your account with anyone else is not allowed. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.

• KYC documents must be submitted within 30 days of registration.
• A photo ID such as a National ID card (NID) or passport is accepted.
• The mobile number must be registered in your name.
• A utility bill or bank statement is accepted as proof of address.

WinWinn is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Anyone who registers using a false age will have their account immediately closed and all balances forfeited. WinWinn is committed to protecting minors.

The following individuals are not eligible to open a WinWinn account:

• Current employees of WinWinn or its affiliated companies, and their immediate family members.
• Anyone prohibited from participating in online gaming by the government of any country.
• Anyone who has voluntarily self-excluded — either personally or through WinWinn — while an active exclusion is in place.

Deposits and withdrawals on WinWinn are completely free — we don't charge any service fees. However, your payment provider (such as Mobile Pay or Nagad) may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. This is part of international anti-money laundering regulations.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳300 via Mobile Pay/Nagad, ৳2,000 via bank transfer.
• KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
• The required wagering must be completed before withdrawing from your bonus balance.
• Multiple withdrawal requests in a single day are allowed, but each will be processed separately.
• WinWinn may request additional documents to verify any suspicious transactions.

All bets placed on WinWinn are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled. Please review the odds, stake amount, and match details carefully before placing your bet. A bet is considered final once you press the "Confirm" button on the confirmation screen.

In the event of a match abandonment or cancellation: If a match is not completed (generally less than 50% played), the full bet amount will be refunded. If the result is determined by the Duckworth-Lewis method, settlement will be based on that result.

• WinWinn is not responsible for discrepancies caused by network delays during live betting.
• Bets placed at clearly incorrect odds due to an obvious technical error may be voided.
• Maximum winnings may vary per event — check the limit before placing your bet.
• Coordinated betting across multiple accounts on the outcome of the same match is strictly prohibited.

WinWinn's bonus and promotion offers are exclusive benefits for members, available subject to specific terms and conditions.

• Welcome Bonus: Available once per account only. Creating a new account to claim it a second time is strictly prohibited.
• Wagering requirement: A specified wagering requirement (typically 1x–5x) must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.
• Duration: Every bonus has a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be automatically removed once it expires.
• Single Bonus: You cannot have two bonuses active at the same time.
• WinWinn reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.

WinWinn is committed to maintaining a safe and fair environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Placing bets while having the ability to directly influence the outcome of a match or event (involvement in match-fixing).
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Accessing the platform while masking your location using a VPN or proxy.
• Attempting to access or hack another person's account.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Intentionally exploiting any bug or technical error on the platform.
• Fraudulent activity targeting other members.

Any involvement in the prohibited activities listed above will result in immediate account closure, balance forfeiture, and legal action where necessary.

WinWinn reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and for any reason. In practice, this decision is typically made in the following circumstances:

• Where evidence of a terms violation is found.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or if false information is detected.
• In cases of suspicious financial activity.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

You can close your account at any time by contacting WinWinn Support. Please withdraw your balance before doing so. After closure, your balance will be held for a maximum of 30 days.

Despite taking reasonable precautions, WinWinn will not be held liable for the following:

• Transaction delays on live bets caused by internet disconnection.
• Issues caused by a fault with the member's device or network.
• Unexpected technical failures or Force Majeure events.
• Delays on the part of third-party payment providers.

However, WinWinn will take responsibility and appropriate action in cases where a member suffers clear losses due to a system error on our end.

WinWinn may update these terms at any time as needed. Members will be notified by email at least 7 days in advance of significant changes. In urgent cases, changes may take effect immediately.
